Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
Psychotherapy for life’s difficult periods, decisions, and transitions
I provide psychotherapy for adults navigating difficult periods, major decisions, and meaningful transitions in life and work. Clients may come to therapy feeling stuck, facing personal, career, or financial concerns, or seeking a more fulfilling, sustainable, and values-aligned life.
Particular areas of expertise
Within my broader practice, I have particular expertise in life transitions and the psychological dimensions of career and finances.
A whole-person approach
My practice addresses a broad range of psychological concerns. I seek to understand both what brings you to therapy and the broader context of your life – including your identities, experiences, cultures, relationships, work, values, history, and circumstances.
Treatment may involve exploring personal and relational patterns, clarifying your goals and values, strengthening coping and decision-making skills, and taking meaningful action toward greater clarity, flexibility, and well-being.
In-person and virtual therapy
I offer in-person therapy at my Dupont Circle office in Washington, D.C., as well as virtual therapy for clients in D.C., the broader DMV area, and participating PSYPACT states.
Finding the right fit
Whether you are new to therapy or already know what works for you, finding the right therapist can feel daunting. This website will help you learn more about me, my approach to therapy, and whether we might work well together.
