Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
Whether you’re new to therapy or already know what works for you, finding the right therapist can feel daunting. The information on this website will help you learn more about me, how I approach therapy, and whether we might work well together.
As a psychologist in Washington, D.C., I provide psychotherapy to people navigating transitions in life or work; facing major personal, career, or financial decisions; feeling stuck; or seeking a more fulfilling, sustainable, and values-aligned life. I offer in-person therapy at my Dupont Circle office, as well as virtual therapy for clients in D.C., the broader DMV area, and beyond.
I work with a broad range of psychological concerns through a whole-person approach grounded in the full context of your life - including your identities, experiences, cultures, relationships, work, values, and socioeconomic circumstances. My clients often come to therapy wanting to understand themselves more deeply, make sense of recurring patterns, or pursue meaningful growth and change. Within this whole-person approach, I also bring specific expertise in the psychological dimensions of career and finances.
